Real SAT Stories: Second Guessing on the SAT is about the importance of having the student simulate testing conditions. This is something I do regularly with my students. It’s not enough for students to know how to do the questions; they must also work within a very specific time frame. As the test date approaches, it becomes very important to spend some time doing entire sections within the prescribed amount of time (some sections are 25 minutes, some are 20 minutes, and the last one is 10 minutes).
